(Dhaos uses this tech also, but without the wait. Also a small TP cost!Ĭosts 12 TP learned at Level 31 not masterable.Ĭless waits a second, then swings his sword in a huge arc in front of him. Not very good as an up-close tech, but it's good at keeping enemies away, and it's great for hitting flying enemies like those annoying Dino Bugs. This tech has potential, but it takes so long to set up that many enemies will just come in and hit you while you're trying. ![]() It takes almost no time to pull off, though.Ĭosts 5 TP learned at Level 27 not masterable.Ĭless puts his sword in front of him, then a blue barrier rises upwards for several seconds. However, it's up to you to decide whether or not you want to fill up one of your tech slots with this. And the small TP cost means you can use it a lot.Ĭosts 6 TP learned at Level 20 not masterable.Ī nice tech which raises Cless's attack power. This is an excellent tech I used it all the way until I got Soul Wave! The combos this is used in are also unbelievable. It's very good for keeping strong magic users at bay, though.Ĭosts 7 TP learned at Level 15 masterable.Ĭless swings his sword in a wide arc upward, then downward. This tech is a bit too much trouble once it starts, you're vulnerable from the side and top and can't move also, it doesn't do all that much damage unless you have the enemy backed up against the wall. However, its dismal power rating means you'll get rid of this one very soon.Ĭosts 15 TP learned at Level 12 masterable.Ĭless gives constant weak attacks with his sword. As far as range goes, this is a fine tech (although it'll miss very high flyers) and takes almost no time to set up. ![]() It's good for two weak hits and one strong one. Again, you must press B after inputting the directions! (This is a lot of fun, but really hard to pull off, especially some of the combos!)Ĭosts 4 TP learned at Level 5 masterable.Ĭless jumps in the air and comes down on his sword. Usually you must do it in a clockwise direction if you see a (CC) it means it has to be done counter-clockwise. If you see something like "Down to Left", that means you have to press Down, Down/Left, Left (like in Street Fighter). The directions you must press for each tech is given. There's a special accessory called Combo Command which can be bought in Aegis' Workshop it allows you to use all techs in battle at once! To use any specific tech, you have to use Street Fighter-type commands before pressing the B button. Some techniques are both long-range and short-range they are listed twice. ![]() ![]() This doesn't mean that the techs do more damage, but that they can be used in combos more about that later. Cless can "master" certain techs by using them a total of 100 times in battle. Techs are largely learned by raising levels, but some are given to Cless during the game. He can use up to four of them in battle (but only two at any given time) by equipping two long-range techs and two short-range techs (he can always access a "normal" tech and an "alternate" tech). Cless can learn up to 17 regular sword techniques, and 18 combo techniques.
